Delivery & Return

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Receiving the wrong product (e.g., incorrect color or model).

  2. A clear manufacturing defect (e.g., tears, unacceptable stains, fabric issues).

  3. Product arrives damaged due to shipping.

Return Request Timeline:
• Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• After 24 hours, the product is considered accepted, and no returns will be accepted.

Return Conditions:
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Original packaging and tags must be included.
• Products showing signs of makeup, perfume, or any other use will not be accepted.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram with:
    • Order number or a photo of the invoice.
    • Clear pictures showing the issue or mistake.

  2. We will respond within 24 hours.

  3. If approved:
    • The item must be returned through the shipping company at the customer’s expense.
    • After inspecting the product and confirming its condition, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Policy:
• Delivery takes between 3 to 7 days.
• We offer delivery to all governorates in Egypt, with fast and reliable service.
